The Library has been operating since the University's foundation in 1986. The University's unique physiognomy and distributed pattern, with faculties and departments on five islands of the Aegean Sea (Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Rhodes, Syros), determines the Library's organisational structure. Indeed, the Library operates as a network with branches on all five of the above mentioned islands. |
